We ate here for brunch on a Sunday. There was a 20min wait list, not bad. The place is really small inside so waiting is outside. Once we got our table for 4, the server was polite and quick as he could be. After we ordered it took FOREVER to get our food. We waited longer to get our food than we did waiting for a table.
We got the Chicken biscuit with gravy, it also had a sunside egg on top, and it was delicious. The cheese grits were creamy and great texture. The potatoes are torn and fried and delicious! They had great seasoning on them too, just needed a little more. The sausage seems to be home made and the biscuit were really good too.
My tab for the chicken biscuit and a water to drink, with tip, was almost $20 just for 1 person.
I recently had the pleasure of discovering A&M Kitchen in Woodstock, GA, and let me tell you, it is a true gem when it comes to southern breakfast. From the moment I walked in, I knew I was in for a treat.
The corned beef hash at A&M Kitchen was simply outstanding. The flavors were on point, with the perfect balance of savory and hearty goodness. The corned beef was tender and flavorful, and the hash was cooked to perfection. Each bite was a delightful explosion of flavors that left me wanting more.
Even the kids' omelette with fruit exceeded my expectations. Not only was it generously sized, but the fruit tasted like it had just been picked from a garden. It was fresh, juicy, and bursting with natural sweetness. It was a refreshing and healthy addition to the meal, and the kids loved it.
Now, let's talk about the bacon and grits. These classic southern staples were cooked absolutely perfect at A&M Kitchen. The bacon was crispy and flavorful, and the grits were creamy and smooth. It was a comforting and satisfying combination that truly hit the spot.

Food was so good. The decor was also enjoyable for us, and we really appreciated the gender neutral private bathrooms.
The staff left much to be desired though - had to get up and request refills, never given our server’s name, had to ask twice for a takeout box.
Other notes: They don’t take reservations ahead of time. And they don’t answer the phone during business hours.
This, by far, has to be the best little breakfast hideaway that I've ever eaten at. I have never had potatoes the way that they make it. They were seasoned to perfection with a nice little crisp to them. Everything about my breakfast was so delicious. My eggs were made perfectly, the pancakes were fluffy, grits were creamy and my bacon was cooked just right. My coffee was hot fresh and hit the spot. My husband had the Veggie omelet with goat cheese and pancakes.
I had seen all the positive reviews on line concerning this restaurant and had to stop in and give it a try. We tried the week before and the wait was an hour so we returned on a Saturday morning with no wait. The food here is delicious and the servings are massive. If you are not a heavy eater, I would suggest sharing a plate with someone else! The crab benedict, their daily special, was loaded with real crab meat, not artificial garbage! The burrito was loaded with ingredients and was very tasty! We will return here very soon!
Excellent offering at the Taste of Woodstock event in Woodstock, GA on Sept. 14th! Cheese grits, crispy bacon bites, and a poached egg. Delicious! And a huge helping for only 2 tickets = $1.00. Staff members were friendly, and worked REALLY hard to serve the long line up. Highly recommended!
My only complaint is please bring back the fingerling skillet potatoes those were the best! Food is always so delicious when I go and the staff is always amazing. It’s my favorite brunch spot in Ga. I recommend this place to so many ppl. I’m so surprised more people haven’t heard of it already.
We are from out of town passing through and found A & M Kitchen on Google. The other reviews are well deserved. We had a fabulous breakfast including the corned beef hash skillet and bananas foster. The menu has a nice mix as sweet and savory options and everything was delicious! A highlight was our server, Sydney. She is fabulous and very knowledgeable.
